No minimum! Whether you have 1 pound or 100 pounds, we're happy to help. You only pay $2.00 per pound for what you send.
What if I'm not home during pickup?
No problem! You can leave your laundry in a designated spot (porch, garage, etc.). Just add a note in your order with instructions.
How do you weigh my laundry?
We use certified digital scales and photograph the weight display. You'll see the weight in your dashboard and on your invoice.
Can I use my own detergent?
Absolutely! Just include it with your laundry and add a note in the special instructions. We're happy to accommodate.
What about stains?
We pre-treat all visible stains at no extra charge. For tough stains, we'll contact you to discuss the best treatment approach.
Is same-day service available?
Yes! Select our Express Service for same-day pickup and delivery. It's just $2.00/lb + a $10 rush fee.
How do I pay?
We charge your card on file after each order is completed. You'll receive a detailed invoice showing the weight and total cost.
